The technical issue is suspected to be caused by the user’s mobile device having its Calendar settings set to the Buddhist calendar. When the Buddhist calendar is set, the iOS app sends the incorrect date format for the assessment’s start and end dates, for example, sending the year as 2569 instead of 2026.

A confirmed resolution is to change the year before finalizing and submitting the assessment. You can resolve this by checking your mobile device’s calendar settings and changing the date format to the Gregorian calendar before completing the assessment.
